Happiness from Within



A take on we are what we think. Not so much to do with fitness for me, but more about actively managing my mindset. I’m a big believer in ‘doing happy’ as I feel the flow-on effects almost, I like to imagine, at a cellular level when I get myself into a happy state. I’m still prone to doubt, self-pity, and the grumps, but when I am able to shake that and find my inner happy, then me and those around me benefit. With love & kindness, Le xox #mindset
